Return and Exchange Policy


At Luxx Loom, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with returns and exchanges. Please review our policy below for more details:


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges


We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:


The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days from the delivery date.

2. How to Return or Exchange


If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Provide Order Details: Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Courier Pickup: Once your return is authorized, we will arrange for a courier pickup at only Delivery charge required.

3. Return Shipping Charges


If the return is due to a mistake on our part defective item, incorrect order we will cover all return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm the condition. Upon approval:


If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no extra charge, subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


Items that have been used, worn, or washed.

Items that are not in their original condition or packaging.

Customized or personalized items (unless defective).

Perishable goods.

6. Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receiving the product). We will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


7. Exchanges for Size or Color


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock levels.


 

Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
