Shipping & Delivery

At Luxx Loom, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently aspossible. Please read our Shipping & Delivery policy below for more details on how we handle your orders.

1.Shipping Time

Dhaka: You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on the order size and delivery location.

Outside Dhaka: Orders outside Dhaka may take 3-5 business days, depending on the distance and logistics. 

2.Shipping Charge

Dhaka: Any address within the Dhaka metropolitan area is subject to the 60 BDT shipping fee.

Outside Dhaka: Any delivery outside Dhaka, whether it’s in other major cities or rural areas, will be charged 120 BDT

3. Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use durable packaging materials to prevent any damage during transit. If you receive a package that appears damaged, please notify us immediately.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the order due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier service will make one or more additional attempts to deliver the order. After the final failed attempt, the order will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping or refund (depending on the circumstances).
